SHIPPING POLICY

  1. Order processing times. We manufacture/assemble to order as this enables us to keep our product cost down therefore we commit to dispatch of goods within 14 days of placement of order.

  2. Shipping costs: All New Zealand: currently $8.

  3. International shipping is currently $35 New Zealand dollars or the  market $US equivalent.

  4. Potential service interruptions: Once an order has been placed and payment made we will commit to final delivery notwithstanding circumstances beyond our control with may interfere with the usual timing timing of delivery.

  5. Full refund of cost of goods, upon return of goods, when returned in unused condition within 30 days of reception of goods  or full replacement of faulty goods with no forward freight cost incurred for return of goods within a 12 month period.
